Adrian Bawtree is currently Organist at Christ’s Hospital, Horsham, and he also conducts several choirs and orchestras in and around London. He has just completed his first musical for children, based on the life of St Peter. It received overwhelming acclaim for its premiere performance by two combined choirs in May 2002.

In 2002 he formed a company called Conducting Business, which delivers management training using music making as its teaching method, which has recently been featured on BBC2's Working Lunch.
